You will lead, train, and develop team members, coordinating visual standards and store processes while collaborating with leadership to execute strategic plans and respond to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports selling, service, and operations with emphasis on merchandising and display to inspire customers.
• Acts as brand ambassador reflecting FP values and collaborates with leadership on engaging visual experiences.
• Trains team on store processes, merchandising, and standards; provides timely feedback to drive action.
• Manages daily operations and visual direction from planning through execution, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Fosters open communication and collaboration to balance operational and visual priorities.
