Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and guidance for service and advice activities.
• Deliver end-to-end customer advice and product recommendations.
