Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store in San Antonio, TX. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• ADA Statement: While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and support store leadership development through the 3+ weeks leadership training program.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
