Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Leander, TX. You will hire, supervise, and guide team members to hit financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, along with ongoing mentorship and a focus on personal and professional growth within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
