Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store in Texas. You will supervise and develop associates, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive store metrics through effective leadership and operational control.

The role includes a three-week or longer leadership training program, flexible scheduling, and a commitment to our Panda community. High school diploma is required and Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single Panda Express location and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support leadership training programs to prepare for success.
