Job summary

The Salvation Army in Franklin, WI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, oversee production, sales, maintenance, and customer development, and handle banking and records. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience (thrift experience a plus).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer proficiency including POS systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and day-to-day store operations.
• Assist manager with production and sales goals.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security; manage budgeted expenses.
• Protect resources through product control procedures to prevent shrinkage.
• Assist with banking and record-keeping; support personnel reviews and actions.
