Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin. In this support leadership role, you will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage production and sales, and maintain store appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years retail experience required (thrift experience a plus).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic computer proficiency including POS systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and budget adherence.
• Handle banking and record keeping procedures; support training and coaching of staff.
