Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for its store management team. You will assist in running a single Panda Express location, hire and lead associates to hit financial goals, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. We offer hands-on paid training, opportunities for growth into management, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
