nomnom Clarkston is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and deliver friendly, efficient service at 1227 Bridge St. Clarkston, WA.

The role reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities to grow within Par Pacific across multiple states. You’ll manage safety, inventory, cash handling, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining store cleanliness and a welcoming community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and cash handling.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and evaluate employees to operate the store effectively and safely.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide prompt customer service and resolve issues at the pump and in-store.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
