Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Store manager/district manager approval or direct manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Support action plans and communications based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Work with department heads to identify opportunities and develop timely solutions.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager’s absence and drive sales while maintaining budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and enterprise policies.
