Job summary

GENDA Americas, the North American hub of GENDA, is seeking an on-site Arcade Attendant in San Francisco. You will operate arcade game machines, replenish prizes, perform basic maintenance, and manage prize inventory while reporting inventory quarterly. You will support customers, handle cash deposits, and complete online reports to HQ via a smartphone app.

The role welcomes students and requires a driver's license. Availability is 3 shifts per week, Fri–Sun 11AM to 7PM, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Able to commute to San Francisco, CA 94115.
• Willing to work on-site and 3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate arcade game machines, replenish prizes, and manage inventory (quarterly reporting).
• Provide customer support.

• Count cash and make deposits to the bank.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Weekly reports using Google Forms
  • Check and correct machine settings according to the manual
  • Report malfunctions and update maintenance reports
  • Report facility malfunctions and provide progress updates on repairs
  • Check and order inventory
  • Handling inventory counts, monitor progress, and submit final reports
• Create shifts and fill in for absent employees (either yourself or other employees)
• Pick up prizes from the delivery company as needed
• Suppirtting with new employee training
• Report on employee or customer misconduct to HQ
• Installing newly delivered machines
• Preparing machines for removal
• Verifying CCX data entry
• Performing and verifying meter readings
• Performing regular employee duties
• Complete tasks requested by HQ
• Cover shifts at nearby stores
• Attending tenant meetings
• Negotiate with the owner
• Receive deliveries and verify that all items are present
• Working at least three shifts per week
• Follow Slack rules
