Free People Movement is expanding in Cranston and seeks a Key Holder to join the team. You will partner with leadership to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes brand representation, training others, and executing in-store events while maintaining omni-channel operations and strong store standards. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to FP Movement customer.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with the customer on shared interests of wellness and fitness.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement; supports the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
• Collaborates with key partners to ensure timely and accurate omni-channel orders and maintain visual standards.
• Supports store management with daily office procedures, operations, and maintenance.
• Keeps inventory accuracy and adheres to safety standards to protect profitability.
