Job summary

Circle K in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an energetic Store Manager who can lead a team in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. You will act as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable, order and stock vending, and train new hires, opening/closing checklists, and loading techniques.

Three+ years in retail with supervisory experience is encouraged; strong sales, customer service, and computer skills are required. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
