Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer service and explain wash options to customers.
• Greet customers and handle inquiries, incidents, and issues.
• Troubleshoot basic DRB/XPT issues and follow DRB protocol.
• Perform site upkeep and opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of tunnel and chemical room equipment.
