Job summary

Böhme, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales and profit while controlling expenses and inventory. You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff, maintain visual standards, and help build the böhme brand.

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year retail management experience or equivalent education.

• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire potential store staff.
• Train sales associates and leads to develop within the company.
• Manage scheduling, including meals, breaks, overtime, and shift changes.
• Maintain diverse workforce and supervise sales staff to meet goals.
