Job summary

Böhme, LLC in Ogden, UT is seeking an outgoing, professional Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and manage expenses and inventory while upholding the böhme brand.

You will recruit and interview candidates, train staff, schedule shifts, maintain visual standards, handle cash and POS systems, resolve customer issues, and assist in loss prevention in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to count and perform retail math.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Experience with POS and store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire store candidates.
• Train Sales Associates and leads to develop within the company.
• Schedule staff including meals, breaks, overtime.
• Maintain visual standards and floor presentation.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures.
• Resolve customer service concerns professionally.
• Assist in loss prevention and inventory control.
• In the store absence of the Store Manager, maintain authority and priorities.
