Job summary

XL Parts/The Parts House is seeking a Key Holder to manage shipping/receiving, assemble customer orders within tight timeframes, and perform stock and inventory tasks. You will answer questions, handle cash, and supervise store opening/closing duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Training and opportunities for advancement are offered as part of a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45-minute window.
• Inventory and cycle counts.
• Schedule contract drivers based on company needs.
• Answer customer questions and address complaints.
• Store opening and closing duties.
• Handle cash, cash counts, and deposits.
• Stock and pull parts.
• Answer phones.
• Keep store front counter clean.
• Maintain clean warehouse and safe work environment.
