XL Parts/The Parts House seeks an Assistant Store Manager to expedite shipments and manage daily store operations. You will handle shipping/receiving, assemble customer orders within a tight 45-minute window, and perform inventory counts in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes superb customer service, strong communication, and teamwork. You will contribute to a safe, clean environment and support store financial duties under the XL Parts/The Parts House brand.

Formación

• Must provide superb customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Pass background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45 minute window.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts.
• Schedule contract drivers based on business needs.
• Answer customer questions and address complaints.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties.
• Handle cash, cash counts and deposits.
• Stock and pull parts; keep front and warehouse clean and safe.
• Answer phones and maintain a neat storefront.
