XL Parts | The Parts House (TPH) is seeking a Key Holder (Assistant Store Manager) to oversee daily operations, assist the Store Manager, and ensure timely shipping and receiving of parts. The role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, customer service, and safe warehouse practices.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cashier duties, driver scheduling, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment to support excellent customer experiences and business performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45 minute window
• Inventory and cycle counts
• Schedule contract drivers based on company needs
• Answer customer questions and address complaints
• Store opening and closing duties
• Handle cash, cash counts, and deposits
• Stock and pull parts
• Answer phones
• Keep store and front counter clean
• Keep warehouse clean and provide a safe work environment
