XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a reliable Key Holder to expedite shipments and support daily operations at our Owasso distribution center. You will handle shipping/receiving, assemble customer orders within a 45-minute window, manage inventory, and assist with driver scheduling.

The role emphasizes superb customer service, clear communication, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. A high school diploma or GED and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Expedite shipments and manage shipping/receiving.
• Assemble and fill customer orders within a 45-minute window.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Schedule contract drivers as needed.
