Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender's Culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Assist in daily management of the retail store and supervise associates to deliver customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close store as directed.
• Address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit, and reducing expenses using key metrics.
• Assist in training store associates.
• Keep the store clean, well-presented, inside and out, with neat, professional appearance.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures in the store.
• Other duties as assigned
