Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Lead Store Sales Associate in Rochester Hills, MI to support the store management team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will drive sales, maintain inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service in a community-focused environment.

You will also assist with opening/closing, banking, and staff guidance, while upholding store policies and delivering a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support management with sales, operations, and product acquisition.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain banking and daily deposits.
• Maintain product displays, floor plans, and inventory turnover.
• Provide direction to staff in absence of management.
