Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a dedicated Lead Store Sales Associate to support our store management team. You will help drive sales, maintain store operations, and deliver excellent customer service.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to supervise staff in the absence of management. You’ll participate in opening/closing, banking, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications
