Huck’s Market is seeking a Senior Associate to manage shift operations, ensure prompt, courteous service, and uphold Best In Class standards while supporting the Store Manager.

The role encompasses general management, bookkeeping, HR, safety, merchandising, and maintenance with promotion potential to store manager as openings arise and training concludes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with prompt and courteous service and adhere to Best In Class standards.
• Observe shift hours and assist with filling shifts as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Work the store manager's days off and cover two evening shifts weekly.
• Record hours, process sales, and handle over rings and refunds according to policy.
• Provide a respectful, compliant workplace and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure store is clean, well stocked, and equipment is maintained per guidelines.
