Job summary

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers seeks a proactive Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional sales performance and a superior customer experience.

You will coach the team, drive a high-velocity selling environment, and manage store operations when on duty, including opening and closing procedures and key control. You will lead by example, ensure adherence to company directives, and participate in recruiting and developing staff while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
