Job summary

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence when on duty. This role includes opening and closing the store and managing responsibilities as the manager on duty.

You will lead the team, train staff, and use store data to drive decisions while maintaining exceptional customer service and a polished store appearance. This on-site role supports brand standards and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
