Job summary

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers in Mason, OH is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop the team, maintain store operations, and act as the manager on duty with store keys to open/close.

In this role you will lead by example, communicate priorities, recruit and train staff, and use store data to inform decisions that elevate the customer experience and brand standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative, self-motivated, results oriented.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when on duty.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging and inclusive environment.
• Utilize store reports to drive business decisions and improvements.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff, supporting brand standards.
• Partner with management to ensure proper staffing and execution of initiatives.
