Job summary

Tide Cleaners in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly service and support to customers at the counter. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours with store hours from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 10am to 2pm; Sundays closed.

It is a role well-suited for college students seeking flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining services and pricing, processing orders accurately, handling complaints

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus.
