Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder in North Olmsted, Ohio. This role involves assisting store management in executing various store activities and providing outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining store organization, and fostering guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and support the overall shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise on shelves.
