Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Hillsboro, OR to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations. You will lead sales activities, train associates, and ensure a welcoming, high-service shopping environment for guests.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Video game knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Supervise sales associates in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure store is clean, organized and merchandised per guidelines.
