Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with product/brand knowledge.
• Analyze store sales trends and identify opportunities to improve metrics.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness per Game Nerdz standards.
• Oversee cash, returns, and shipments in the absence of managers.
• Assist with loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
