The Men's Wearhouse, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, and store standards. You will coach a team and manage on-duty operations to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.

Responsibilities include leading staff, opening/closing the store, leveraging reports for decision-making, and ensuring brand standards and store initiatives are executed.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.

• Open/close store as the manager on duty and ensure security and banking tasks are completed.
