The role requires a passion for fashion and trends, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and peak-season scheduling flexibility is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures team delivers an engaging customer experience.
• Handles customer situations per policy and escalates when needed.
• Keeps store clean and organized, promoting safety and shopping comfort.
• Provides feedback from customers to leadership to improve service.
• Acts as floor supervisor to cover non-peak periods as needed.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate performance.
• Supports associate engagement with recognition of outstanding performance.
• Ensures understanding of company directives and standards by associates.
