The Assistant Store Manager must also inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors—including a customer focused selling culture and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPIs.

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Displays a customer-focused mindset and ensures a positive customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in line with policy and escalates as needed.
• Keeps the store clean, organized and safe to maximize customer experience.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve service.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Sales Associates and recognizes outstanding performance.
• Maintains merchandise flow and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.
• Drives efficiency in all store processes and ensures policy compliance.
