Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates, including coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely, objective feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain store standards.
• Schedule management and adherence to payroll processes to support profitability.
