Job summary

RG&T Solutions Lead Sales Associate role: maintain a clean, organized store with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will guide staff during shifts, assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, ensuring planograms are followed, and assisting with opening and closing under the Store Manager.
