Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and deliver a customer-first experience. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, stock and rotate merchandise, and support store operations to drive profitability.

You may open and close the store, help implement planograms, build displays, and uphold standards across cleanliness and safety. In the manager's absence, you lead by example and perform duties of the Store Manager as directed.
