RG&T Solutions is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in the United States to ensure a clean, organized store and focus on customer satisfaction. You will assist customers, operate registers, stock inventory, and maintain the premises.

The role includes opening/closing the store and stepping in for store leadership when needed, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and efficient store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with merchandise.
• Receive, unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Build attractive merchandise displays and implement planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as directed.
• Perform duties of Sales Associates and support store leadership in their absence.
