Job summary

Clean Rite Center in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence in our laundromat.

As AGM you will lead wash, dry, and fold services, promote laundry products, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while developing your leadership skills within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, service, sales or operational management.
• Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and cost control.
• Hands-on maintenance and operations involvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership to motivate teams.
• Retail sales experience and a strong sales mindset.
• Physically capable of standing long hours and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual abilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and be the face of the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and peak operational efficiency.
• Oversee and support staff during shifts and enforce policies.
• Manage inventory from detergents to cleaning supplies.
• Assist in day-to-day laundromat management and operations.
