Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise guides.
• Strong cash handling and math skills for register transactions.
• Good communication and safety awareness for a customer-first environment.
• Capable of driving to the bank for deposits if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, accept payments and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, rotate displays, and assist in planograms.
• Clean the store, manage trash, and help set sidewalk displays.
• Open and close the store under direction of store leadership.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
