Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Wooster, OH to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, and support store operations under the Store Manager.

This role leads in the absence of management, helps with planograms, stocking, and side tasks to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting assets.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent, with six months of supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
