Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends is a must.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support daily operations.
• Engage customers and suggest products to meet their needs.
• Assist customers in the fitting room.
• Promote the rewards program and enroll customers in loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Support loss prevention and ensure POS accuracy.
