Job summary

WinCo Foods in the United States is hiring a motivated store clerk to assist management across Grocery and Freight departments. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide fast, friendly service while performing cashiering, stocking and related duties.

As a team lead, you’ll monitor checkout lanes, help train and supervise colleagues, ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies, and help deliver the low-price promise to our employee-owners and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide team members.
• Solid understanding of store policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Capable of basic math and handling weights/measures.
