WinCo Foods is seeking an energetic store clerk to assist management with daily operations in the grocery or freight departments. You will greet customers, answer questions, perform cashiering and stocking duties, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, accurate pricing, and delivering fast, friendly service.

You will lead by example, help supervise colleagues, and adapt to varying shifts in a 24/7 operation while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic math and ability to read reports, prices, and weights.
• Must meet age requirements stated (18 in MT/OR; 21 in other states).

Responsibilities

• Monitor checkout lanes and customer traffic flow.
