Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a results‑oriented associate to assist in store operations within the grocery or freight areas. You will lead by example, answer customer questions, and perform duties as a clerk, cashier and stocker while maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

• Assist management with store operations in designated department.

• Monitor checkout lanes and customer flow; maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of products and equipment.
