Dollar General Corporation is seeking a capable Cashier/Stocker to support store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will help implement plan-o-grams, provide exemplary customer service, and help maximize profitability while protecting assets.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, greet customers, operate the register, maintain cleanliness, and assist with refunds and displays.

Competenze

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Familiarity with safety and loss-prevention policies.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandising guidance.

• Unload trucks following the store's prescribed process.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes per SOP.
• Stock merchandise, rotate and face products, build displays.
• Restock returned merchandise and maintain shelves.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.

• Operate cash register, bag merchandise, and handle payments.
• Keep store clean and safe; manage front-end area and displays.
