You will unload trucks, stock shelves, assist customers, operate registers, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and cashier procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety procedures and plan-o-gram guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks per store protocol.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; build displays.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Greet customers and assist locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register, process payments and bag items.
• Maintain clean and organized store environment.
• Authorize refunds and handle cashier accountability in manager's absence.
