Free People in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Key Holder to collaborate with store leadership in delivering an engaging customer experience and meeting sales goals. You will mentor the Stylist team, share product knowledge, and uphold FP Movement standards while supporting daily operations.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on fostering an inclusive, performance-driven environment and strengthening customer relationships both in-store and online.
