URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for FP Movement at our Bloomington, MN location. The role collaborates with the leadership team to supervise store operations, drive sales, and create an engaging customer experience.

You will help develop others and support omni-channel order processing while maintaining brand standards. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and brand messaging to the FP

Formación

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on engaging FP Movement experiences.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement with fitness and wellness partners.
• Utilizes technology to stay informed on events and offers to enhance the omni-channel customer experience.
• Supports store management in daily operations and maintains visuals and display standards.
