Spectrum is seeking a Store Lead in Kansas City to guide customers through Spectrum products and services, mentor store specialists, and contribute to sales success. You will educate customers, process payments, and support store leadership, while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Uniforms are required as part of the store environment.
